Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities—design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance—while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and enhance quality across every stage of the SDLC.
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
  • Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
  • Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.

What you'll do...

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java.
  • Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience in leveraging AI to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity.
  • Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity.
  • Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold quality and alignment with architectural standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
