CoreWeave is seeking a senior engineering leader to define and drive the technical strategy for our Developer Experience platform, focusing on CI/CD, delivery systems, and agentic AI tooling.

You will lead cross-team initiatives to remove systemic friction and mentor senior engineers to scale the organization across distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience in production developer platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in Go or Python with deep Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code expertise.
