Auth21 is seeking a senior technology leader to guide the data platform strategy and implementation in a fast-paced environment in San Francisco. The role focuses on scaling, governance, and stream processing, with emphasis on reusable primitives and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to deliver resilient data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure initiatives.
• Must possess strong technical judgment and the ability to influence alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
