The successful candidate will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to deliver resilient data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure initiatives.
• Must possess strong technical judgment and the ability to influence alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of major Data Platform initiatives including scaling, GRC, and stream processing from conception to production.
• Translate business needs into technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with product goals.
