Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• > 8 years of software development experience.
• > 5 years of testing and launching software products.
• > 5 years of coding experience (Python, C/C++, TensorFlow, Java, Kotlin, SQL).
• > 3 years of software design and architecture experience.
• > Experience with Flume, data processing pipelines, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for agent testing using 2D and 3D games.
• Develop test problems within physics simulators.
• Create graphical visualizations of results and leaderboards.
• Test new algorithms on robots and compare performance.
• Collaborate with ML/Neuroscience teams to advance AI agents.
• Direct day-to-day execution of a high-tempo engineering team.
