Qualifications
- 4–6 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in .NET and Java stacks.
- Familiarity with Kafka and Camunda preferred.
Responsibilities
- Constantly demonstrates good process and practices
- Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables
- Mentors junior members of the team
- Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
- Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB
- Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations
- Builds software for reuse and scalability
