Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to design and evolve the foundational app platform, APIs, and shared primitives used by all product surfaces and AI agents. This remote-first role partners with product, design, and AI to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities for enterprise customers.

You will lead cross-team initiatives, set platform standards, and mentor engineers while contributing hands-on work on AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.

This is the platform on which every product surface and AI agent at Fieldguide is built.You will operate as a technical leader across teams, defining standards and reducing complexity for product, AI, and infrastructure engineers.
