FloQast is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect the Transform platform and AI-driven workflows. You will own the big picture for scalable, secure SaaS infrastructure and mentor engineers to accelerate delivery.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to translate ambitious business goals into concrete technical roadmaps and drive significant impact across global accounting automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
• Proven ability to lead high-level design discussions and establish engineering best practices.
• Ability to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving high-performance execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect core platform capabilities powering FloQast Transform and AI-driven workflows.
