The Web Platform team at Databricks builds and owns the public‑facing web experiences that represent Databricks worldwide. We are rebuilding the platform from the ground up, AI‑native from the start, and pioneering an agentic SDLC as our operating model.
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Web Platform team, you will report to the Director of Engineering and own the platform layer that the rest of the team builds on—including web framework, design system, CMS, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, AI‑enabled translation, and SDLC agents. This is a rare opportunity to design a web platform for an AI‑native world from the ground up. You will shape the north‑star architecture as the primary author, partner with technical leaders across web and marketing engineering, and set the standard for AI‑native platform engineering in practice.
Pay Range (Zone 1): $198,200 – $272,600 USD. Full‑width range expected based on role level and location.
