Ideal candidates have 12+ years in fast-paced environments, strong full-stack skills (JavaScript, React, TypeScript), and experience with high-availability enterprise systems. U.S.

Qualifications

12+ years in software engineering delivering high availability systems.
Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development.
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with large enterprise apps and platforms with high availability.
Proficient in Javascript, React, Typescript; familiarity with React/NextJS.

Responsibilities

Own features for Forge production platform.
Level up apps through quality code and tests.
Leverage frontier AI tooling for development and AI harnesses.
Partner with factory to enable high-rate build of products.
Join on-call rotation for production software support.
Collaborate with systems architecture, product design, and factory teams.
