Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of Java or C++ programming experience.
• 5 years of testing and launching software products, 3 years in design/architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write analyses to test hypotheses about the user-value landscape and improvements.
• Implement mechanisms in the auction and test them.
• Design experiments to evaluate hypotheses and analyze results.
• Document findings of analyses and mechanism designs at conceptual and implementation levels.
• Operate as a blend of research scientist, data scientist, and software engineer.
