Snap Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Ad Signals and Measurement team to build the next generation of signals and measurement systems for Snap’s ad platform.

You will work end-to-end, across the stack, driving experimentation, analysis, and optimization to empower advertisers with measurable ROI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensure 3p signals are used effectively, and uphold high standards for availability, security, and production quality while mentoring

We steward the full lifecycle of third-party signals, from ingestion and matching to activation across downstream systems, ensuring integrity, scalability, and compliance at every step. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.
