As a Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering software that powers critical aspects of our nuclear energy platform. You’ll work at the intersection of software, engineering, and operations, solving complex problems in a highly regulated environment where reliability and safety are paramount. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with opportunities to influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive cross‑functional initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to advancing clean, carbon‑free energy solutions and shaping the future of the nuclear industry.
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi‑weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
