Job summary

Dynamism is hiring for an on-site role in San Francisco that sets the technical direction across data curation, research workflows, and evaluation delivery. You will tackle the hardest cross-system problems, build shared abstractions, and remain hands-on while elevating the entire team's judgment.

We seek a strong technical generalist with founder-level ownership experience, capable of moving quickly yet maintaining rigor, and comfortable with TypeScript, Python, Docker, AWS, and PostgreSQL

Qualifications

• Experience as a strong technical generalist across product, infrastructure, data, and research tooling.
• Built important systems at an early-stage company or owned outcomes with founder-level agency.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, web systems, data tooling, Docker, AWS, and Postgres; experience with agent infrastructure and evaluation tooling.

Compensation: $400K to $500K base salary plus meaningful equity

The Role

You will set technical direction across the platform that supports data curation, research workflows, expert collaboration, environment quality, and evaluation delivery. You will solve the hardest cross-system problems, establish the shared abstractions the company builds on, and remain deeply hands-on while raising the judgment of the whole team.

• Founded a company or worked as an early engineer
