Job summary

Bazaarvoice in Belfast, ME is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and own a range of client-facing solutions within the Manage Content team. You will champion cloud architecture, microservices, and AI-driven workflows while guiding engineering best practices across the product portfolio.

As a client-impact-focused leader, you’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with PMs and designers, and deliver high-value software that scales with Bazaarvoice’s global content platform.

Manage Content Team

The Manage Content team owns the solutions for client and shopper communication, managing the connection between brands and retailers, and ensuring reviews and questions can be responded to and answered quickly and thoroughly to improve brand loyalty through great customer service.

As a Staff Engineer seeking to join this team, you will be responsible for helping design, develop, deliver and own a range of solutions to help extend Bazaarvoice’s Client experience portfolio.

• - Cloud & Architecture: Deep expertise in cloud architectural patterns — microservices, serverless, streaming, CI/CD, data management, security, and observability. Own architectural decisions across one or more products, from design through delivery.
• - Code & Operational Excellence: Champion clean, secure, and high-performing code. Lead troubleshooting with deep insight into runtime health, logging, and platform observability.
