Job summary

Zoomcar is looking for an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain control plane services in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate has strong programming experience with C++ and/or Go, and a solid understanding of distributed systems and service orchestration.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$200,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis) and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code in production environments.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
