• Proficient in MATLAB and/or Python
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience leading technical teams
• Experience with signal/image processing

Responsibilities

• Develop new algorithm components for exploitation of signal and image data
• Apply classical signal processing and machine learning algorithms to large data sets for pattern recognition, target detection, tracking, and false alarm mitigation
• Coordinate a small team of signal/image processing engineers
• Interface with software engineers to ensure algorithms are correct, robust, and maintainable
• Design a robust test suite
• Create presentation materials and present to internal and external stakeholders
