Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to upgrade and extend PAM and Non-Human Identity capabilities, aligning with agentic workflows and scalable security controls. You will design, automate, and integrate secure access across Linux/Windows, cloud, on‑prem, and AI-enabled platforms.

You will collaborate across Enterprise Security, product security, and platform SRE teams to reduce standing privileges, boost auditability, and provide self-service at scale. Equity and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security, infra/platform engineering, SRE, IAM or related roles.
• 4+ years directly related to PAM and NHI solutions.
• Experience with Linux/Windows, on‑prem and cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, prod ops.
• Experience with PAM or secrets platforms such as Idira/CyberArk, Teleport, Azure PIM, Vault, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Modernize PAM, secure infrastructure access, and NHI services for agentic era.
• Automate and extend platforms via APIs, connectors, policy-as-code, onboarding templates, reporting.
• Integrate PAM, NHI, and secure access into AI/LLM-enabled apps and agent frameworks.
• Expand services across Linux/Windows, cloud and on‑prem systems, containers, IaC, CI/CD, internal tools.
• Mature core controls: JIT access, zero standing privilege, session recording, audit evidence.
• Own service reliability with SRE rigor: monitoring, incident response, readiness, improvement.
