Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive experience in analytical testing and GMP environments.
• Ability to lead nonroutine analytical programs, develop methods, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong data interpretation, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight for nonroutine analytical testing and method establishment.
• Acts as SME for analytical technologies, guiding experimental design and data interpretation.
• Reviews methods, protocols, reports to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Designs and oversees complex laboratory experiments, validation, transfer, and tech oversight.
• Mentors staff and collaborates with leadership to sustain capabilities and meet client program needs.
• Engages in client interactions as a senior technical representative on methods and strategy.
