Moonlake is building AI-powered world simulations and robotics platforms in San Francisco. We seek a hands-on Member of Technical Staff – Robotics to bridge simulation with real-world robots, spanning evaluation, training, and deployment across the robotics stack.

The role combines robotics engineering, machine learning, and hardware deployment, collaborating with researchers and engineers to advance simulation environments and AI systems, ensuring transfer to real robotic platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong background in robotics, embodied AI, machine learning or related fields.
• Experience with physical robotic systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with robot learning, foundation models, or world models is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate robot foundation models and policies in simulated environments.
• Train world models for robotics and multimodal data.
• Build real-world robot learning pipelines and datasets.
• Deploy and operate physical robots and maintain hardware platforms.
