Description

The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering treatments in accordance with established standards and hospital policies. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff, coordinating care with the healthcare team, and ensuring accurate documentation of all patient interactions. Requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Certifications

• Current Mississippi Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications (or must obtain within one year of employment)
