Torrance Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Staff RN to provide nursing care using the nursing process within the assigned unit. You will interpret and execute the medical and nursing plan of treatment while adhering to established standards, protocols, and Magnet Model expectations.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and ongoing education for patients and families, with collaboration across disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Formación

• Registered Nurse license required.
• BCLS or ACLS certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for the patient population served.
• Provide age-specific, individualized care and patient safety-focused interventions.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care episode.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet care goals.
