Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking an experienced Level 3 NICU Nurse for our 18 single-family room Special Care Nursery. This 0.9 FTE role features 12-hour night shifts and focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centered care to NICU patients and their parents.

The ideal candidate will hold a WA RN license (multi-state or Washington license accepted), with BSN preferred and CPR/NRP certification, plus NICU experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, family-centered care in the Level 3 NICU.
• Collaborate with families and NICU team to support newborns and parents.
• Maintain high levels of safety and clinical standards during 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.

• Current WA state RN license required. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)

• Healthcare provider CPR & NRP certification required.

• Recent or current NICU experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
