Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation Mansfield Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Medical Unit 4. The role supports a 24/7 operation, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care within a collaborative care model.

Qualified applicants will hold an Ohio RN license (or a multistate compact), BLS certification, and BSN is preferred after five years of employment.

• BLS certification required.
• Current Registered Nurse license from Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and develop care plans.
• Deliver and coordinate nursing care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and responses, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a 24/7/365 department.
