Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide general nursing care across the continuum in its Med Surg Unit 1. The role covers a 36-hour work week on a day shift, with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and support safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/ Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/ Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/ Evaluation: evaluate responses to care and revise plans as needed.
