Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across the lifecycle, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will operate within organizational policies and aim for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, GA RN licensure, BCLS, and no experience required for new graduates; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN or higher is preferred.
• New graduates eligible; no experience required.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area encouraged where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Education

Graduate from accredited nursing school
