  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
  • 2 years previous RN experience required.
  • Has the physical and mental health sufficient to accomplish the duties of a Registered Nurse and is able to meet the pharmacology requirements of Marshall Medical Center.
  • New Grad RN Qualifications: Current California Registered Nursing (RN) License or Interim Permit with scheduled NCLEX date. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Candidates who completed senior preceptorship in ICU preferred. Candidates with acute care work experience, particularly in ICU preferred.

The ICU RN supports ICU’s mission to deliver compassionate evidence-based care to critically ill patients and their family members. This position functions as a patient advocate at all times and oversees the performance of any non-professional whose activities impact patient care.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Licensure/Education:
