Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, in alignment with hospital policies and patient goals.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Georgia RN licensure with BCLS. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and opportunities for advanced certifications may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality care.
