Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients according to physician orders and established guidelines. You will work within the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires GA RN licensure in good standing and current BLS certification; BSN preferred with additional certifications or units-based specialties beneficial for career

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and established guidelines.
• Adhere to the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

4. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
