Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Staff RN for a Freestanding Emergency Department in Columbus, OH.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing care, perform rapid assessment and triage, administer medications, and monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will document in the EHR, uphold patient safety and infection control protocols, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge and continuity of care in a fast-paced ED

Qualifications

Job description

Staff RN – Freestanding Emergency Department

Provide compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing care with rapid assessment and triage for diverse patient populations. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver timely treatment, administer medications, and monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs.

Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), uphold strict patient safety, infection control, and clinical protocols, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge and care continuity.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Registered nurse with emergency/acute care experience or strong emergency nursing readiness
• Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient status (cardiac and vital signs)
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and clinical reporting
• Commitment to safety, infection prevention, and patient-centered communication
• Effective teamwork and collaboration with providers and care teams
