Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Engineer Electronics - RF Antenna Cosite to join our Avionics and Subsystems Organization in Melbourne, FL. The role involves developing and integrating RF subsystems to meet mission objectives, with a focus on co-site analyses and requirements translation.

You will perform detailed CEM antenna analysis, lead trade studies, and collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders while supporting supplier documentation and test activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 12+ years of related engineering experience.
Master's degree in STEM with 10+ years of related engineering experience.
Ph.D. in STEM with 8+ years of related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Support development and integration of RF subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectives.
Translate customer requirements into derived specifications through requirements development and analysis.
Perform Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) antenna analysis for source/victim (co-site) analysis.
