Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 2+ years' experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• CAD and golf-related manufacturing processes knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team skills.
• Occasional domestic travel and rare overseas travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Seek, identify, and evaluate technology, manufacturing, and process solutions for advancements in product performance.
• Prototype development including CAD/CAE work and collaboration with internal and supplier teams.
• Apply research theories and models in experiments and studies.
• Summarize research results and communicate findings to internal/external bodies.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate emerging technologies into product design cycles.
