DeepMind Technologies Limited in Mountain View, CA seeks a Research Engineer/Scientist focused on Reinforcement Learning in Gen AI to advance our Gemini models. You will lead development of RL-driven capabilities, and work across core libraries and frameworks to scale and apply models in critical product areas.

Ideal candidates bring PhD/masters, extensive RL/ML/DL experience, and leadership in technically complex programs, within a matrixed organization.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
