Abundant in San Francisco is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to push the frontier of model reasoning and intelligence. You will work with the founding team to design research agendas and deploy breakthrough ideas at scale.

You will partner with top researchers to shape data strategies, align models safely, and drive high-impact projects from conception to production. A strong research background in CS/ML/NLP and publication record is valued.

Formación

• Exceptional Research Depth & Strategic Vision in CS/ML/NLP.
• Experience publishing at major conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR) and productizing research.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Foundational Research & Execution: own the research-to-production lifecycle and deploy work in live systems.
• Model Alignment & Data Strategy: shape datasets and benchmarks focusing on safety and alignment.
• Autonomous Problem Selection: identify and manage high-impact, long-running research projects.
• System Infrastructure: collaborate on data pipelines, tooling, and DL algorithm implementations.
