Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston, TX seeks a Staff Engineer, Reliability to join the Reliability team supporting LNG operations. The role emphasizes RAM modeling, reliability assessments, and Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA) to deliver data-driven insights for plant performance.

The successful candidate will lead RAM studies, co-facilitate ECA workshops, and translate model outputs into business impact, with occasional travel to LNG plants in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process industries.
• RAM modeling and reliability analysis experience.
• Familiar with RAM tools (DNV MAROS, Relyence, Weibull).
• Knowledge of IEEE 762, ISO 14224, ISO 20815.
• CMMS systems experience (SAP preferred) and data handling tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA) workshops with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop RAM models and run simulations for LNG plants.
• Extract data from documents/databases and translate outputs into business insights.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain data integrity and process alignment.
• Travel to LNG sites in Louisiana for data collection and validation.
