Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work (PA).
• Minimum two years of RN experience with hospice exposure preferred.
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of the day traveling to patient locations.
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting with an interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to after-hours needs by performing urgent assessments and managing symptoms.
• Support families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations.
• Coordinate care with clinical teams and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but collaborate when needed.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.

After Hours RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
