Qualifications

• Active RN license in IL.
• Two years RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ~20% travel to patient locations.

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Elgin, IL area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!

• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
