We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Irwin, PA and surrounding areas.

This position offers up to $35,000 in total bonus potential over your first three years:

$10,000 first-year success bonus (Year 1) rewarding key achievements during your first year
$10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within your first 18 months
Up to $500/month bonus eligibility (Year 2) an additional $6,000 potential
Up to $750/month bonus eligibility (Year 3) an additional $9,000 potential

The monthly bonus grows up to $1000 per month eligibility after 4 years!

To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing, meet performance expectations, and remain in the role and status for which you were hired!

RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
