Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality home health care in Wayne, PA. The position can be full-time or part-time, salaried, and focuses on comprehensive assessments, post-acute and chronic care, and patient education in the home.

The RN will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage medications, coordinate care, and utilize point-of-care documentation. Strong clinical judgment and autonomous work in diverse home settings are essential.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

What you’ll do:

• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)

Qualifications for a Registered Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Nurse:

Pay: Weekly Additional Information:Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:$62.00 - $68.00 per point ($96,720 - $106,080 annual earning potential)
