BAYADA Home Health Care in Belmont, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care. This ongoing staff role covers Belmont and surrounding towns with a weekend-focused, 1:1 patient approach.

The RN will perform head-to-toe assessments, wound and IV care, medication reconciliation, and comprehensive patient education, using mobile technology for documentation. Competitive benefits and supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care including wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document care accurately using point-of-care technologies.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care with compassion and adherence to BAYADA protocols.

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

One year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified Home Health agency

At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule Flexible scheduling Pay: Weekly Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations $60.00 - $68.00 per point depending on qualifications, plus weekend differential!
