Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Abington, MA. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, with emphasis on assessment, wound care, IV therapy, and post-acute support.
Full-time or part-time positions are available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and ensure safe, high-quality care for adults and elders in the community across Brockton,
Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN license in good standing and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, ER, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute, or rehab settings.
Responsibilities
- Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
- Utilize experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
- Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
- Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. - Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
- Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting

- Comfortable making real-time clinical decisions without immediate on-site support

- Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations
- Comfortable providing care in varied home environments

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

- Pay: Weekly Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations $57.00 - $62.00 per point
