Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits in Greenville and surrounding counties of South Carolina.

This role requires a SC license, at least one year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel to cases; BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a full time opportunity performing home health visits for our Greenville Visits office. This position services adult and geriatric patients in homes throughout Spartanburg and Greenville counties in South Carolina.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
