Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe YouVersion Staff Quality Engineer serves as a technical leader within the quality engineering team, responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies across all platforms. This role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by leading the design and maintenance of automated test suites, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality assurance best practices throughout the development lifecycle. The Staff Quality Engineer owns the quality process, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and plays a key role in solving complex quality issues, ensuring alignment across engineering teams. The Engineer utilizes their skills to deliver technical outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.YouVersion was created by the local church in 2007 and remains a ministry of Life.Church today.
