Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Battle Creek VA Medical Center, seeks a Staff Psychologist with clinical privileges to provide recovery-focused care and evidence-based treatment to Veterans.

You will perform assessments, deliver individual, group, and family therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This role includes crisis intervention, ongoing measurement-based care, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program or equivalent
• Internship or supervised training in psychology is required
• License: full and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused psychology services
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies
• Perform psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
• Conduct crisis intervention and suicide prevention as needed
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in program evaluation
