Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA/PCSAS/CPA accredited program, completed at time of hire.
• Re-specialization program completion with APA/CPA accreditation, if applicable.
• Internships: APA/CPA accredited at time of completion, or eligible under VHA internship pathways.
• Licensure: full, current, unrestricted psychology license in the U.S.
• Education/Internship grandfathering provisions may apply to current VHA employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostics.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for mental health concerns.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and trainees in psychological services.
• Offer consultation to other professionals on psychology-related matters.
• Participate in performance improvement, QA activities, and interdisciplinary care.
