AIMergency is seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to provide patient-centered psychiatric care across inpatient hospitals and nursing facilities in the West Palm Beach region. The role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams onsite.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, rounds 3–4 days per week, and discharge coordination. Florida license and board eligibility are required or in process; DEA license preferred.

Competenze

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain.
• DEA license preferred.
• Inpatient/geriatric/consult-liaison psychiatry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple facilities.

AIMergency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team serving inpatient hospitals and nursing facilities throughout the West Palm Beach region.

This opportunity is ideal for a psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaborative patient care while making a meaningful impact within underserved and complex patient populations.

Position Overview

The Staff Psychiatrist will conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, and treatment coordination across multiple inpatient and nursing facility settings approximately 3–4 days per week.

• Conduct psychiatric rounds in inpatient and skilled nursing facilities
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, and primary care providers

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency training
