Temple Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.

The RN will collaborate with patients, families, and the health care team to individualize care using the nursing process and direct nursing support staff per standards and policies. Specialty areas may require additional professional education or certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in the area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Licensure as a PA Registered Nurse is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Multi State Compact RN License is required.

Aufgaben

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborates with the patient, family members/significant others, and health care team using the nursing process to individualize patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff in delivering patient care per standards of nursing practice and departmental policies.
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
