This Staff Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for developer-focused products at the intersection of W&B Launch and CoreWeave infrastructure, collaborating with frontier model teams to deliver tools that accelerate research workflows.

You will partner with infrastructure and platform teams to drive integration, shaping the roadmap from concept through launch and iteration, while maintaining a strong focus on

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a product manager in developer tools, DL infra, or ML platforms.
• End-to-end ownership of technical products from concept to production.
• Technical fluency with Kubernetes, SLURM, scheduling, and APIs.
• Strong cross-functional influence across AI engineers and software teams.
• Clear communication to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for developer experience and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship infrastructure-native products that only W&B + CoreWeave can build.
• Own W&B Launch and evolve it for the CoreWeave era.
• Engage with frontier AI teams to understand workflows and translate needs into products.
• Bridge CoreWeave platform engineering and W&B product teams for integrations.
• Identify and resolve friction in submission, compute management, and observability workflows.
• Explore concepts at the hardware-software boundary to drive impactful features.
