Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for its Legal & Insurance vertical. This highly influential role combines long-term vision with hands-on detail, shaping workflows, data models, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences for complex medical records use cases.

You will collaborate across engineering, data science, operations, design, and commercial teams to deliver durable, scalable product systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in enterprise data-driven products.
• Experience defining strategy in ambiguous spaces and influencing investments.
• Experience building scalable workflows, data interfaces, and AI-enabled features.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and roadmap for Datavant’s Legal & Insurance vertical.
• Translate market needs into coherent strategies across requester experience and retrieval workflows.
• Shape architecture for a new vertical, including data models, integrations, and AI-enabled features.
• Partner with executives to set priorities and align the organization around high-impact work.
• Build scalable products for attorneys, copy services, insurers, and other requesters across enterprise segments.
