Job summary

Plaid is seeking a leader to oversee internal AI use for non-coding work. You will partner with our GTM, operations, and technical teams to build and deploy AI capabilities that boost efficiency and outcomes.

You'll identify high-impact AI opportunities, validate them with stakeholders, and roll out tools across Sales, Finance, HR, and more, while training teams and monitoring adoption. Collaboration with the CEO is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, including >1 year building AI tools.
• Experience working with GTM teams is a plus.
• [nice to have] Founder experience

Compensation Range: $207.6K - $339.6K
