Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager for a remote role focused on food access and benefits in the Healthcare space. You will own strategy and execution from discovery to launch, translating complex workflows into scalable capabilities and improving the member experience.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Client Success, and Partnerships to balance near-term needs with long-term platform growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Proven track record of launching new products or service lines end to end.
• Experience collaborating with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.
• Familiarity with commercial and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
• Knowledge of benefits management platforms or government health program operations is a plus.
• Exposure to food retail or supply chain partnerships in digital health contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a specialized food access and benefits product area from discovery through launch.
• Become an expert in the food and food benefits ecosystem through research and relationship-building.
• Translate complex workflows into scalable product capabilities.
• Design the member experience to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to define systems architecture for benefits programs.
• Balance client-driven timelines with long-term platform capability development.
• Build tools and workflows for Client Success and Partnerships to manage food access programs.
